Phil & Lui represents an urban, advanced and sustainable lifestyle. Connecting, inspiring and equipping people. Putting emotions in everything they do. Since ever Philipp and Caroline love traveling and visiting different places, adopting different cultures, eating authentic food, meeting one of a kind people and living in accordance to nature. It is absolutely essential to them that every collection is inseparably accompanied by a written philosophy. They do not only want to create designs. They do not just want to leave the carrier with the mere interpretation of the given collection.

To prevent unnecessary emissions, reduce the ecological footprint and secure social standards they have decided to exclusively produce their apparel within the European Union. Except the cotton cultivation all stages of production are executed by their all-in-one producer located in Portugal.

There they work with several regionally located and interwoven companies of which each is responsible for the realization of one single step along the entire manufacturing process.

They feel a personal need to not only ensure good quality but to enforce fair labor conditions, respect for human rights and the protection of our environment.
